Hands to Heart Policies


*Pre-registration for classes is required through our website.  Class size is limited and drop-ins may not have an available space.  You can register up to two hours before class, except for 6:30am classes, registration ends at 8pm the night before. 


*Class may be cancelled due to lack of registration, so if you plan to 'drop- in', there may not be anyone at the studio.


*Reservations/Cancellations must be made through the website and will not be taken over the phone or through email.  There is a 6 hour cancellation window for yoga classes. No refunds or credits will be offered outside that window.  


*All students must sign a one-time, electronic liability waiver form (click here) before coming in for their first in-studio class.  If we do not see one in your registration, you will be asked to fill it out at the studio.  Thank you for understanding.


*Classes begin promptly at the start time.  Doors will open 15 minutes before class, so you can come in, get settled, and be ready to start on time. 


*Come through the glass doors to the building, then straight up the stairs on the left.  Please leave shoes in the hall and come right in!!


*All class, membership, workshop, event, and retail purchases are final with no refunds, extensions, or exchanges.


*Class passes and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

*10 class card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

*Workshops and other special events are not included in memberships.

*Classes and teachers are subject to change (or cancel).  We will do our best to notify participants in a timely manner if this occurs.  Please 'subscribe' to our website to ensure notification.


*Our website schedule should always be up to date. Please check online for any schedule changes or cancellations due to weather or other unforseen circumstances.
