Yin Yoga
Service Description
Yin yoga balances the nervous system, as you rest in longer-held postures (3-5min.) to stimulate the non-contractile deep connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, joint capsules, fascia). This can help with flexibility, circulation, and muscle recovery. This yin flow class is yin with a bit more of a vibe. You’ll flow between the poses and incorporate exploratory movement and intentional breath in each shape. Class is very slow paced and relaxing while facilitating a deep opening of both the physical and subtle bodies. This practice allows a space to quiet the mind and heal. It is a beautiful practice for any level.
